Ideal for family gatherings or vacations with friends, you'll enjoy plenty of amenities to relax and have fun. The space You can enjoy spacious outdoor areas, including a terrace equipped with a barbecue and pizza oven for festive lunches. A ping-pong table and balls are available. Inside, a large 300 m² relaxation area features: - a 13m long indoor swimming pool - a sauna - a gym - a games room with a pool table, bar, foosball, darts, a large smart TV, and board games - a library area with sofas at the top of the grand staircase The house comfortably accommodates you with its 6 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double beds and 4 bedrooms with 2 single/twin beds), each with its own private shower room and toilet. A dining room and a large, fully equipped kitchen include an American-style refrigerator, freezer, oven, 5-burner gas hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, and French press.
