Comfortable chromotherapy apartment, surrounded by nature and ideal for wellness. The vacation home consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom, an open-plan kitchen/living room with three beds, and an independent and equipped outdoor patio overlooking the sea on the horizon. We are located on a harmonious hill just 2 minutes by car from the nearest beach (1 km, about 15 minutes on foot) of Porto del Fico and 1.7 km from the center. The space Collina da AMaRe offers cozy and lively interiors set up according to the standards of chromotherapy. The apartment consists of a double bedroom, a kitchen/living room with a sofa bed (2 beds with comfortable mattresses, not the classic sofa bed mats) + 1 pouf-armchair-bed (recommended for children/adolescents) and an equipped and independent outdoor patio overlooking the sea on the horizon, a bathroom with a shower. Please note that we are on a harmonious hill that can be reached by an entirely paved uphill road. Guest access The entire apartment is for guests' exclusive use. The apartment is part of the family villa. We live above and next door. ONLY GUESTS WHO HAVE BOOKED and who we have registered can stay overnight. Pets allowed without surcharge. We ask you to respect the environment and to clean the apartment and outdoor spaces. If you are afraid of dogs and cats, if you do not love nature and animals, if you are allergic, Collina da AMaRe is not the place for you. We have many pets that live freely and undisturbed on the property. Your apartment is, however, completely independent and equipped with a gate. Other things to note Cot supplement (upon request): €15 per stay. Late check-out supplement: 30 euros subject to availability and reservation. Late check-out from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m./6 p.m. max. The navigator provides a longer route and the center of Pioppi has been incorrectly reported. We will guide you by phone. Pouf-armchair-bed (as an extra bed for a fifth guest. Recommended for children/teenagers). Possibility to visit our "small farm" populated by dogs, cats, turtles, rabbits, roosters, chickens. Experience recommended for animal lovers and especially for the little ones. The apartment is part of the family residence, but has a separate entrance. The connecting door between the apartment and our home will be duly closed. In the evening, on the outdoor patio you can dine under the stars and you will be refreshed by a pleasant breeze, especially in June and September. We recently replaced the outdoor umbrella on the patio with a sunshade sail. From our vacation home, you can set off to discover the Pozzo dell'Uva Nera, a natural waterfall located about a 50-minute walk from the apartment. Do you want to keep fit in summer?
