🩵 Welcome to the Glockenbach Loft in the beautiful heart of Munich, the Glockenbachviertel. 🛌🏽Sleeps 1-5 people. ✨2 rooms, 2 bathrooms each with 1 toilet, fully equipped kitchen, elevator, rain shower, balcony, air conditioning, Dyson hairdryer and all imaginable extras for an unforgettable stay in Munich. 🥨Right outside the front door you will find cute bars, restaurants and shops to stroll around. 📍Viktualienmarkt, Marienplatz and Oktoberfest are within a 5-20 minute walk. The space 👩🏽‍🦱👩🏽‍🦱Bedroom: Heavenly double bed with a width of 160 cm for 2 people. 👩🏽‍🦱👩🏽‍🦱Large living room with eat-in kitchen: modern OMHU sofa bed that you can quickly turn into a 200 x 200 cm double bed. Alternatively, you can create 2 single beds with a sleeping area of 100 x 200 cm. 👩🏽‍🦱In addition, we have a single pull-out bed (IKEA Lycksele) with space for another person. There is also space for a baby cot on the bathtub shelf right next to the master bedroom. 🌃Beautiful balcony overlooking the Maximilian Church. 🚽Beautiful luxury bathroom with rain shower, bathtub and 2 sinks. 🚽Guest toilet with washing machine and dryer. 🧴Towels, soap, shampoo and Dyson hair dryer are ready, like in the hotel - only more beautiful :) 🚀4th floor with elevator. 🚗🏢Parking is most convenient in the parking garage for a fee (15 minutes' walk) 🚗🔎🧩A little cheaper but much more complicated is parking in the residential area - please pay attention to the signs, it is not possible to park everywhere. The best way to pay here is via the "Handy Parken München" app, so you don't always have to buy a new parking ticket at the car, but can simply pay via your mobile phone. 🚙🔌There are also charging options for e-cars right outside the front door. Guest access 💚Our apartment is as flexible as you need it! 🔑📤 We have a key in a Keynest kiosk 200 meters away from the front door. You can pick up the key with a code 24/7, so even a late check-in is no problem for us. 🔑📥 When checking out, you can easily return the key to the kiosk. 🧳Feel free to store your luggage in the apartment after check-out until your departure. 🕚Please write to us if you would like to check in early or to check out late. We always find a good solution :) Other things to note 🌈In our AirBnB, we do not tolerate homophobia, racism, extreme right-wing political sentiment (e.g. AFD), discrimination, or exclusion of people based on their religious or sexual orientation. If you can't identify with that, please refrain from booking. 🐻‍❄️Note for allergy sufferers: we have a beautiful and lovely (but hairy) dog (Samoyed). Of course, we clean everything thoroughly, but for people with dog allergies it is critical. 🧑🏻‍🦽Note for people who are dependent on a wheelchair: unfortunately our apartment is not barrier-free. There is an elevator, but some small thresholds in the house. The apartment itself is accessible, but you have to go up 7 steps to get from the elevator to the apartment. 🥨15 minutes' walk to Theresienwiese (Oktoberfest) or Marienplatz/Viktualienmarkt. 🏞️5 minutes' walk to the Isar (Reichenbach Bridge). 🏥For medical emergencies, the central emergency room of the LMU and the children's clinic can be reached in 15 minutes on foot (Sendlinger Tor). 🌎If you let us know what your preferred sightseeing spots are, we can create a digital map for you on Google maps and send it to you with your individual highlights to visit.
