There's approximately 400 square feet of open airy space. Guest access The apartment is over our home garage, with own private entrance. You have access to the backyard, which has a patio, grill, and firepit. Other things to note We have our dog, Duke, who is social and sometimes spends time outside. He loves interacting with people. We also have egg-laying chickens to the rear of the property (no roosters).
