Winston is centrally located in Bongaree, one block from the waterfront and a short 4min drive to local restaurants, cafes, the shopping centre and beaches. Have an event on at Sandstone Point Hotel? Walk 25min or drive 4min. Equipped with a full kitchen, laundry and bathroom, Winston is great for long and short stays. Wi-Fi and free parking are included. The space This well equipped, fully self-contained beach house boasts two good sized bedrooms, both fitted with a quality mattresses. Bedroom one hosts a queen sized bed and bedroom two hosts two single beds. All linen will be provided for your stay including sheets, towels, bathmat, face washers and hand towels. Extra pillows and blankets are also available during your stay. You will also be provided with complimentary hand soap and body wash. Winston features a large open kitchen which includes a microwave, kettle, toaster and sandwich press - packed with all the essentials! Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, cereal, cleaning products and cooking essentials are all provided to start you off. Winston has a large, comfy lounge to fit all 4 guests with a smart television, Wi-Fi, Netflix, and board games for the kids to keep you all entertained on a rainy day. Sit down and enjoy a home cooked meal or fish and chips around the six-seater outdoor table located outside under the back patio. There is also a four-seater dining table in the sunroom to enjoy your morning breakfast (or if it's a little to windy outside). A high chair for the littlies is also available if needed (please let host know before arrival if you require this). Don't stress about sandy clothes or wet towels either, there is a washing machine with washing pods provided for guests to use as well as a dryer (there is a clothes line and pegs as well). Guest access Guests will have full use of the house and grounds. Parking is available on the street and in the rear lockup garage. Entry is by a Locked Key Box. The code will be given 24 hours before check-in time. Other things to note Upon request prior to booking confirmation, we will consider pets on the property. However, pets are strictly not allowed inside the house.
