The main gate is at street level, and access to the studio is via a few steps. A very important detail is to mention that my space is free of landslides or floods. It has been this way for over a hundred years, since my family established residence here. The space is very close to my house, but the studio offers the much desired privacy. Guests can come and go with complete autonomy. I have a friendly female dog, inherited from my mother, and two cats, but they won't bother you. They have their own well-defined spaces. Guest access Guests who like the green area can use the outdoor space, near the apartment entrance and also near my house. Other things to note Because I live in a place with more space, I have a pet that belonged to my mother. However, it is very docile. We also have two cats. The view of the mountains is enchanting.
