LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! Stylish studio apartment just a stone’s throw from the golden sands of Vazon Bay & Guernsey Surf School. Popular beachside eatery, Richmond Kiosk, & a bus stop, is right outside with regular buses to St Peter Port taking approx 25 mins. Supermarket & West coast restaurants 15 mins walk away. Newly built, self-contained studio with private access, seating area & parking attached to our family home. The space A studio apartment with private access, a small but functional kitchenette (complete with electric hob, combi-oven, fridge and sink), en-suite bathroom and outdoor seating area forming part of an extension on Esme’s family home. The garden is used by us, but the decking area immediately outside the Airbnb is for your own exclusive use. Please note, you may hear signs of life before & after school hours as the studio backs onto the lounge/dining area of our family home. An idyllic spot overlooking fields of horses right on a sand dune next to the beach. On site parking, bus stop outside, and cycle hire round the corner. Guest access The studio apartment is attached to the side of Esme’s family home with its own separate entrance. The studio space is private and guests enjoy exclusive use of their own outdoor seating area. Large parking area with plenty of space. Other things to note Please note check-in is 3pm and check-out is 10am. This allows enough time for our cleaner to service the apartment. Should you require a late check-out, please ask Esme at least 48 hours in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that late check-outs are subject to a late check-out fee, payable in advance. We recommend electric bikes to get around, try Go Guernsey (round the corner from the Airbnb). Walk 20 mins south along the coast to Perelle to collect, or arrange for them to be dropped off direct to the Airbnb. Please be aware Esme’s home was recently built and, whilst the Airbnb and decking area are finished, there are areas around the site that need finishing/upgrading e.g. fencing and driveway covering. Works are generally done in between bookings but you may see David doing works during the weekend from time to time. The parking area is currently being refurbished but is fully accessible and usable.
