PENALTIES FOR THE FOLLOWING: - Stolen towels: $10 per towel, no matter the size. -Excessive trash causing trash bins to overfill $50 - Stolen decorations: $50 per item. - Smoking in the home: $1000 fine. - Late checkout past 11 AM without our consent: $200. - Excessive Guests than reservations: $50 per guest per night. - Excessive Cleaning bill if the place is left filthy with trash everywhere: $300. - Damaged Items in the home will be inspected & be billed to you.
