Other things to note There is regular and affordable public transport (bus) to the city center and the stop is about 100m from the accommodation. However, if you wish to get to know Chios well and get the maximum possible experience, we strongly recommend that you have or rent a car because Chios is a large island, the points of interest are many and remarkable and the distances are relatively long. Within a 7-minute walk is one of the residents' favorite organized beaches for swimming, Karfas. It is a beach with shallow waters, fine sand and umbrellas and there are restaurants, coffee bars, mini markets, etc. There are also two large supermarkets about 2.5 km from the accommodation.
