Pause for timeout in a totally private beautifully decorated Cottage ready for a perfect stay with Apple TV, large comfy couches, ducted heating, huge oven, well stocked kitchen. Stroll to weddings at Poets Lane, Marybrooke Manor. Visit gorgeous Cafes nearby for breakfast. Hike the local tracks or walk to Gardens & Forest 300m away. Or simply sit in our outdoor areas under our towering trees. The space IMPORTANT NOTE: **Base price is a discounted price and automatically assigns two people in main queen bedroom only **Price then increases per bedroom so please add guests to open other bedrooms - e.g. 3 guests = 2 bedrooms. 4 guests = all 3 bedrooms **Unneeded bedrooms will be locked Our place is set on 1/2 acre of garden beauty. The Cottage is enveloped in an 'emerald canopy', as one guest put it, surrounded by huge, old trees. The inside is extremely cosy and ready for a getaway. Streaming services Apple TV, Stan, Netflix, Disney+ and Prime are all ready for you to log into on your own accounts, if you want to stay warm inside. [Just don't forget to log out when leaving!] But if you feel like exercise you can also take the 5 minute walk to Sherbrooke Forest, Alfred Nicholas Gardens or The George Tindale Gardens. We are tucked right in the middle of Wedding venues and Cafes ['Poet's Lane', 'Marybrooke Manor' and 'Woods Sherbrooke'] - so you can leave the car in your private driveway and walk, or take the bus at the end of our street and go visit local townships such as Sassafras and Olinda. From Fridays to Sundays, 'Woods Cafe' is open and is only a 170 metre walk away! Any other day of the week you can take the walking track to Proserpina Bakehouse, or take the opposite direction and hike down or take the 2 minute forest drive for the yummy cafe food at the ever popular Kallista Deli. Very close to the highly popular Thousand steps, the Tulip festival, Puffing Billy Railway and Olinda & Sassafras villages. A short 5 minute drive will get you to one of our other favs - Ripe Cafe in Sassafras....magnificently cosy with an open fire and yummy food! Public transport [bus] is at the end of our street, a short 150 metres away. Guest access Cottage guests can feel free to walk around and sit in any part of our garden. Other things to note For breakfast, most people tend to want to make the most of the magnificent cafes and restaurants nearby, and our favourite is 'Woods' at the end of the street!
