Henningsvær, small cozy house with outdoor area

My "Pittelille" paradise of 30 sqm in Henningsvær is truly a mixture of South Hampton and North. This super cozy little house has a luxurious decor and is a perfect place for a relaxing, romantic or inspiring getaway. You will find everything you need to relax and enjoy… Fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with comfortable sleeping alcoves, 2 floors with new soft beds. Outdoor area with cozy furniture and a large open space with plenty of space for play and parking. The space Tiny is tiny 😅🥰 About 30 sqm + loft, but this lovely little house with the weird location has everything you need. On the 1st floor you will find a hallway, bathroom with washing machine, kitchen, living room and a daybed/sleeping alcove for 2 people (140 cm bed) There is a steep narrow staircase up to the 2nd floor where you will find a double bed (150 cm) and 2 single beds. All on one floor, no door in between. Here it is very cozy with timber and a lovely atmosphere. Small, but the shoulders go down and you sleep beautifully in brand new beds ❤️ Outside you have a large plot, a shabby garden and a huge parking space 🥰 Outdoors you have views of the house and the sea and you always have sun on one of the sides 🤩🥰 Please note that the house is located close to a large protected building that was previously a fish reception. Here there are some seagulls that have nests and will in summer time quarrel a little with their chicks. They are friendly and fun to observe for those who like birds. Pittelille is suitable for a couple, two couples, a couple of friends… Not so suitable for children due to the stairs. And we would like to keep it animal-free due to allergies in the family ☺️ Guest access You will have access to the entire place and the outdoor area ☺️ The terrace and outdoor area are great to use if you are more and it will be crowded for space inside 😅 The small house is located close to a large protected building. In the old days they built it that way to be sheltered from the storms and the sea. If you go out on the terrace you can see the sea and the mountains. And because of the large building, you will always find a cozy corner. Other things to note Keep in mind that this is a small house 👀😅 There is room for 6 people, but personally I would not be more than maybe 4 people. No wifi - Pittelille is a detox place for us. Located close to a large building. This is how it was built in the old days to lie in the lee against the storm and the sea. The building is uninhabited, but the seagulls have nests there in the summer so they make some noise. Very nice to observe them and the kids if you like birds. They are friendly and used to people in Henningsvær.
