The space ABOUT THE PROPERTY: - Nestled on quiet Mango Drive, just west of Portofino Drive, the property is situated in a peaceful neighborhood. - The Guest Suite was fully remodeled in 2023 and offers a clean, modern atmosphere. - The hosts live in the main house and rent only the Guest Suite. While you may notice light household sounds at times, the suite itself remains a quiet and private retreat. - The Guest Suite is situated on the west side of the main house, sharing one wall (originally an exterior wall before the addition) and a ceiling beneath the second level. The Guest Suite also includes a door leading to the garage, which stays securely locked and dead-bolted throughout your stay. We do use the garage for our car, so you may occasionally hear the garage door opening or closing. - As shown in the photos, the patio area just outside the French doors is a dedicated private patio space for our guests with two rocker chairs and small table. A privacy awning provides a dedicated guest patio space, which opens into the larger patio area, where the hosts spend time with their two young children and small dog. The hosts do their best to keep them out of the guest area, though you may see them in passing from time to time. Absolutely—parking is always easy and stress-free, with safe, free, and convenient street parking available right in front of the property— even if you have a long-bed truck! Do you recommend a car? Yes, we do recommend having a car or planning to use Uber or Lyft. While the neighborhood is wonderfully quiet and safe, most dining, shopping, and beach destinations are a mile or more away. Do the hosts live in the main house? Yes, the hosts live in the main house with their two young children and a small dog and rent only the Guest Suite. While you may notice light household sounds at times, the suite itself remains a quiet and private retreat. The hosts respect the peace and privacy of the guests and expect the same in from guests. Can you hear the highway? While you may notice a faint sound of the road when outside, the guest suite itself is exceptionally quiet and serene inside—perfect for a restful stay.
