The condo is located in the hills of Guana Bay. From the terrace the view of St.Barths, the ocean and hills are spectacular. The condo is very private with your own terrace and separate entrance. If you are looking to unwind this is the place for you. Philipsburg with shopping & restaurants is only a 5 minute drive away. Living in a condo on the same address we will make sure you are comfortable and assist wherever possible. The space The condo has a fabulous terrace with a lounge area and dining table. In the condo is an enclosed verandah with kitchen and dining table, the living room has 2 separate nooks with 1 single beds for a 3rd guest. A separate bedroom with queen size bed, which always has a nice breeze and to complete it there is a functional bathroom. Guest access The condo is all yours. The washing machine on the property is shared with the other tenants.
