Home is located approximately 15 mins from Balboa Park, South & North Park 20 mins to Downtown SD, Zoo 25 min to Pacific Beach, Sea World, Coronado Island, San Diego Conv. Center 30mins to Tijuana Near Public Transit Plenty of street parking. The space Home is pretty centrally located 20 mins east of Downtown San Diego. Below are typical travel times by car in non-heavy traffic hours... Approximately 15 mins from Balboa Park, South Park & North Park, La Mesa, Mission Valley, National City, 20 mins to Downtown SD, Zoo, San Diego State University, Hillcrest, Otay Mesa, Chula Vista, Coronado Island, 25 min to Pacific Beach, Sea World, Coronado Island, San Diego Conv. Center, Mission Beach, Ocean Beach, 30 mins to Tijuana, Clairmont, La Jolla, University of California San Diego, We find the average time to get to most places from the house is about 20 mins winch is great for exploring the different areas of San Diego! We are also happy to provide advice on travel times to and from places and traffic considerations. Guest access Guest will have their own private bedroom and bathroom. Will have access to shared living space in garage with dining table, lounging chair, and kitchenette area with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, (no stove) etc. Room and shared space have mini-splits for AC and heating to your preferred temperature. Top shelf of fridge is dedicated to airbnb guest. Guest may also use washer and dryer and utilize board games 😀 Check-In 6pm (may contact airbnb hosts to check for earlier availability) Check-out noon (message host when checking out) During your stay We often give space to our guests however we also love socializing with out guests. Let us know your preference and we can adapt to our guests. Guest will have thier own private room and bathroom, garage living area is shared and a place to interact and may bring guests as long as they are respectful with the space . Other things to note Unfortunately, this is not an accessibility friendly room. You do have to take steps into the garage and step into the room due to floor differences in the garage, living area floor, and room floor. Space has a fridge and microwave, no stove. Room has a mini-split so you can adjust heating and AC to your comfort level! We just ask that you don't leave it running when not in the room to conserve energy. LGBTQ + and Culturally Friendly Longterm guests of more then a week are responsible for thier own toiletries and household supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, food and drinks, etc. Looking to book for more than one month.
