Our A-ma-ru-to apartment is a cocktail made of all the ingredients that an awesome summer vacation should have. Its colourful surroundings, cosy environment and conceptually selected design elements set the tone for a genuine feelgood experience. The space A 55 sq m apartment on the 1st floor of a two floor building, accessible through a wide stairway. Located in the center of Amarynthos, 230m from the nearest beach and 240m from the local market, coffee shops, restaurants & bars. In our property we promote green building practices ♻️ including the use of renewable energy through a commercial solar panel system, installation of energy-efficient windows and doors, installation of ceiling fans for better hot/ cold air distribution and use of recycling bins for all recyclable materials. Guest access Our place is compartmentalised into a spacious living room, a bright kitchen, a cosy bedroom and a modern bathroom. The apartment is surrounded by a balcony, equipped with a small outdoor living room. All of the apartment's spaces are exclusively accessible by the apartment's guests. Other things to note Starting from January 1, 2024, in compliance with Article 30 of Law 5073/2023 by the Greek government, a new Environmental Fee, known as the Climate Crisis Resilience Fee (CCF), is implemented. What You Need to Know: - Effective Date: The fee applies to all bookings with a check-in date after January 1, 2024. - Fee Details: This fee is charged per apartment, per night, and its amount varies based on accommodation type and the period of stay. For A-ma-ru-to, it amounts to €8.00 per night from March to October and €2.00 per night from November to February. - Collection Process: The fee is included in the house daily rate and will be extracted & payed to the state after guest chech-out automatically.
