Come and discover the P'tit Nid d'Annecy! This pretty studio, simple and warm, will satisfy you and allow you to explore Annecy with peace of mind. Ideally located in the city center, close to the train station, lake, old town and all amenities, within walking distance. Visit the city, swim in the lake or enjoy the mountains; there are plenty of options available to you! I would love to welcome you and make your stay as enjoyable as possible! The space 26 m² studio, with high ceilings, composed of: - a nice living room, with different spaces (night, living room, dining room) and storage - a fully equipped kitchen - a well-optimized bathroom. It is on the 3rd floor, without elevator access, of a quiet condominium; and has been completely renovated this summer 2023 to better accommodate you! It is equipped with a double mezzanine bed (140 x 190 cm), with an Emma mattress. Linens and towels are provided. The "cleaning fee" includes €35 for cleaning and €20 for laundry, to offer you a clean and comfortable place to stay! The location is ideal, in the heart of Annecy: - The train station, 4 min walk - The lake, 8 min walk - The old town, 2 min walk - Tourist office, 4-min walk Close to all shops, restaurants, bus, car, bike... You go down directly to the pedestrian street decorated with pretty shops, which takes you straight to the lake! Other things to note Please note that there is no parking with the studio.
