With two bedrooms, one en-suite, both with air-conditioning, bathroom, integrated kitchen with living room, balcony, barbecue. House in front of the deck and overlooking the leisure area. Come spend your vacation, relax and be enchanted! A unique experience!!! The space House in a gated community, with two bedrooms, one of them a suite. One with a double bed and the other with a double bed and a single bed. The house accommodates 5 people. Air conditioning in both bedrooms. The house has a beach chair and a small umbrella. All kitchen utensils, microwave, electric oven, stove and barbecue grill. House's own Wi-Fi also available. There is no television, only in the shared-use condominium game room. Condominium with swimming pool, game room, outdoor and indoor barbecue, restaurant in high season, area with security and surveillance, exclusive access to the beach with wristband tag for entry and exit. The large umbrellas in the condominium are exclusive to the owners, tenants must bring and set up their own umbrella. The house has the condominium rules that must be respected. Parking space available on the side of the entrance to gate 7. You must bring bed linens, bath towels, pillows and blankets. *NO PETS ALLOWED! Guest access The entire condominium area, plus the private beach access area. Other things to note It is necessary to bring bedding (sheets, blankets and pillows) and bath linens (towels in general).
