This end-unit townhome has its own private entry and front patio, as well as a one-car garage. It includes a garage and 2 extra parking spaces and was built in Oct. 2020. The interior is modern open-concept, with 9ft ceilings, luxury vinyl plank flooring, extra storage space, and tons of natural light. The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, utensils, bakeware, a toaster, a Keurig, a convection oven, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a stunning sliced stone tile backsplash that finishes at the ceiling. The dining area is connected to the kitchen and seats four normally, but a chair can be removed and the provided bench seat can be added to cozily seat five. The new and modern living room comfortably seats 5 and has a 40-inch Roku tv on a fully movable wall mount so you can position the tv perfectly for your viewing and streaming pleasure. All of the bedrooms are located upstairs with a sizeable linen closet and 2nd shared bathroom. They all have new memory foam mattresses, comfy pillows, double-hung closets that have three-drawer dressers, hangers, extra sheets, and blankets, (not that you would need blankets in the summer). The spacious master bedroom has original artwork, a queen bed, and a walk-in closet with a window for lots of natural light. The on-suite bath has double sinks, and an extra-large tub. The second bedroom features original artwork and a queen bed. The third also has an original piece of art, a twin bed, and a desk with a monitor to make any necessary work more pleasurable. It will be your first way of access into the home. Inside will be a remote for the garage and a key for the garage entry into the home. Other things to note Please remember you're staying in a person's house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect, just as the previous guests have. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP, but please note that nobody is living on-site 24-7. For non-emergency issues, unless your stay is more than 60 days, I do not send maintenance to the property during your stay, only after you depart. There is a camera above the front door in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave immediately. When you arrive: There will be a starter pack of things you might need in your first couple of days, but you will have to replenish your supply. There are also, some cleaning supplies that have been provided for your convenience. Fur Babies: This is a dog-friendly home but there are some limitations. Your dog must be under 65 lbs. and over the age of 2. There is only one dog allowed during the entire stay. Fur babies must be in a kennel if left unattended. Unfortunately, even the best dog can have a bad day and damage to the unit can be stressful and expensive. In the rare circumstance that rent is not paid within 20 days of the due date, the furniture will be removed from the premises.
