Located directly above our beloved Big Dog Coffee shop, this unique 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom home is the ideal gathering place for friends, family, or anyone visiting the city. The space Our home is a blend of historic character and modern comfort. The space is filled with unique decor and thoughtful details, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that changes beautifully with the seasons. Your private entrance on the first floor opens into a spacious lobby, offering a convenient place to store bikes or strollers before you head upstairs. Second Floor: This level houses three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. One room features a bunk house setup that can comfortably accommodate four, making it perfect for kids or a close-knit group. Third Floor: The top floor is a stunning, open-concept surprise. We installed steel beams to create a spacious living and dining area, complete with a gourmet kitchen. The kitchen features cabinets from the original Kohler Bakery (est. 1889) that once occupied the building. In the cooler months, you can cozy up by the gas log fireplace. Rooftop Deck: Step out from the living area onto your private, covered rooftop deck. Complete with a propane fire pit and grill, it's the perfect spot to relax and enjoy views of Carson Street, the South Side Slopes, and Pitt's Cathedral of Learning in the distance. Guest access You will have private access to the entire second and third floors of the apartment. Entry is through a dedicated private entrance on Sarah Street. Other things to note We had a bit of fun with the space and hope you will enjoy it. We are located in the heart of the South Side, you are in a truly excellent and walkable location. With a great coffee shop right downstairs. We provide two dedicated, free off-street parking spots located behind the building (accessed via Carey Way). For additional flexibility, we also provide a digital parking pass for on-street parking on Sarah Street. Important information: "Stairs" Please note that as a multi level home spanning the 2nd and 3rd floor, access requires climbing stairs.
