Also comes with pull-out couch in living room, so able to fit 4 people total. Can also provide a pack'n'play for babies/toddlers. Located in the up-and-coming neighborhood between St. Clair West and Rogers Road, close to the wonderful Earlscourt Park as well as other playgrounds and splashpads. Close to multiple busses and streetcar. The space Integrated full kitchen with an open living room, which includes a table for eating or working at, and a couch that can be turned into a Full size bed. Plus, bedroom with hangers, a dresser, and a laundry basket. Full bathroom with shower, toilet, large vanity, and sink. We live in the two floors above the apartment with our two children. Must be okay with the sound of children running around until about 8PM every evening. Guest access You will have the entire apartment to yourself, as well as your very own parking spot right outside the door. Other things to note Please note, that this is a space within an old, regular house, so the sound proofing is not 100 %, and you will probably hear our two small children running around in the mornings, evenings and on weekends, as well as any TV and music we might be playing.
