Historic Downtown Studio with Rooftop Patio

Basin Luxury Upper Studio is an upscale, fully renovated studio apartment with all of the amenities needed for a great stay at the most incredible location! Walk out of your front door and you're in Basin Park. Want to watch a live show in your jammies? No problem, sit at your front window reading nook or head on up to your shared rooftop! All of Eureka Springs is within walking distance guaranteeing your trip will be full of adventures. The space This is an upscale suite that has been fully renovated for all of your needs. It includes a modern kitchenette complete with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven and basic dishware. NOTE: the kitchenette does not have an oven/full stove. You will have everything you need to enjoy your leftovers from all of the local restaurants! Guest access Guests will have access to the studio apartment. There is also a spiral staircase on the posterior of the unit leading up to the rooftop patio overlooking Spring Street and Basin Park! You will have a private section of the patio for your own needs, as well as a shared portion with extra seating and propane fire table (shared with the Basin Luxury Lodging House guests). Other things to note We do not provide free parking, however, there are several options in Eureka Springs. You can park in the free parking spots on Mountain Street. You can also park at one of the free parking lots on the outskirts of town and ride the shuttle. We recommend parking on the street to unload your luggage, then parking at your desired location to avoid fines. There are frequently metered spots available on Spring Street that can be paid via their app (free from 6pm-8am). We do not allow pets. No smoking in the home, out on the patios is fine.
