Frédéric The space 👉This cottage includes 4 large air-conditioned bedrooms, approximately 25 m2, with a 160*200 bed, each equipped with its own private bathroom and toilet and electric blinds. 👉Bed linen and towels are provided. 👉The living room includes a fully equipped kitchen/dining room as well as the living room with 85 inch TV, sofa, insert (wood provided) for a surface area of 130 m². 👉Upstairs you will also find 2 extra beds 140*200 located in a large mezzanine with private bathroom and toilet. 8*4 heated chlorine👉 pool available from early May to late September, (secured by an audible alarm) as well as an outdoor terrace + barbecue (charcoal provided) + brazier + garden furniture + covered summer kitchen for a total of 150 m² + petanque area (balls available) + darts games. 👉Outdoor plot of 6,000 m².
