Condotel Suite in Quezon City

Enjoy the glamour of this stylish, upscale place in Quezon City The space I own several modern rooms in Sotogrande - Katipunan which is a modern 3 star condotel located in Quezon City. I am based in London so would like to rent my rooms out to guests visiting Manila - I can assure you that it will be much cheaper booking through me, rather than directly with the hotel! The hotel provides guests with air-conditioned rooms with a desk, a kettle, a safety deposit box, a flat-screen TV, a rooftop terrace and a private bathroom with a bidet. The rooms have a wardrobe. Each room can accommodate 3 or 4 guests * (2 double beds) - it's important to read 'other details to note' section below for more info about room capacity and how to book a room through me. There is a concierge service to attend to your needs and queries (operates just like a hotel!). Bookings do not include meals. Rooms do not have a kitchen. Guest access Staying here will give you access to the following amenities: 24 Hours Room Service, 24 Hours Front Desk, Daily Housekeeping, Wireless Internet, Restaurant, Bar, Swimming Pool, Free Secured Parking, Fitness Facilities and a sky lounge. Swimming pool is open from 9:00AM to 6PM and up to 8 pm every Saturday (subject to change without prior notice). Fitness gym is open from 11AM – 6PM and up to 8 pm every Saturday. Restaurant is open from 8 AM to 6PM. Outside deliveries or take-out is allowed - the hotel will not charge corkage fees. Other things to note It's better to provide well in advance notice in order to guarantee a booking for your preferred dates. To book a room, please send me the dates, the number of rooms needed, and the names of all guests so I can forward the details to the office to confirm your booking. Please note that it may take 1–2 days to arrange with the office, so I won’t be able to confirm your booking request through Airbnb immediately. Also, the office is closed on weekends, so if you send a request on Saturday or Sunday, I’ll only be able to follow up on Monday. Thanks for your understanding! Once your booking is confirmed, I’ll accept your request and provide you with a booking confirmation document. Please make sure to present this document to the receptionist when you arrive. NOTE: the hotel allows a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children per room. If your group includes more than 2 adults (instead of children), there is an additional charge of P900 per extra adult, per night. You pay this additional fee directly to the hotel at reception - it is NOT included in your Airbnb payment and must be settled at the hotel. For example: • For 3 adults in total, you’ll pay an additional P900 per night. • For 4 adults in total, you’ll pay an additional P1800 per night. Children 11+ are considered adults (although I’m not sure how strictly they check for the age of children). NOTE: you will need to provide P1500 deposit directly to the hotel when you check in. The hotel will refund this to you upon checkout. NOTE: If you would like to book more than 1 room, just let me know and I will amend your booking price accordingly (it will be current price for your request x number of rooms you require).
