The other room has a twin bed w/private bath. Each bedroom has it own full size bathroom and one half bath off the kitchen- total of 6 bathrooms in villa.The living room also has a pull out couch for a queen side bed. Amenities include private pool and hot tub, state of the art kitchen, attached two car garage with washer/dryer, with 100 yard walk to beach. Full access to tennis courts, hotel pools, spas, gym, restaurants and golf course. It is best to try to request the villa 1- year in advance in order to try to get the Holiday dates of Christmas.
