Our apartment is located in the residential area of Monte Urpinu, near a lovely park and in between the Old Town (Castello, which can be reached by foot in 20 minutes) and the Poetto beach (5 minutes by car or 10 by bus, with the bus stop conveniently located near the apartment). It is a perfect location for those who find it hard to decide whether to stay close to the beach or the Old Town. The apartment has a large bed, a spacious shower, air conditioning and a fast WI-FI connection. The space The apartment has just been renovated (October 2022) and has been equipped with everything to garantee a stress-free holiday: a well-stocked supermarket is located a few steps from the apartment; several bars, restaurants, bakeries and pizzerias as well as other services such as ATMs, 7/11, tabacco shop, petrol stations 1-10 minutes away. Other things to note You can use public transport, which works very well in Cagliari, to reach both the Poetto (5-10 minutes, bus 3P (only in summer), PF, PQ) and the old town (bus 6) and the station (5-10 minutes , bus 5zeus) and from here the airport (another 8 minutes by train). The bus stop for 6 and 3P is at the corner of the apartment, PF, PQ (Viale Diaz (municipal swimming pool) 5 minutes away from the Guest House.
