This immaculately maintained 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom is a quiet oasis. We have a lush 1-acre yard, a gorgeous patio for outdoor dining, and a gas grill, all backing up to over 100 acres of sagebrush with trails for walking. Inside the home you have expansive 360 views of Toas and Santa Fe mountains and the big New Mexico skies. Equipped with fast WiFi and a Samsung Frame TV. Kitchen is fully stocked with basics and small appliances. There is a wood-burning stove in the living room and gas heat throughout. The home has an energy-efficient design and does not have air conditioning (similar to many homes in the area) but with thick walls and windows and doors that provide a breeze, it stays cool. The primary bedroom has large windows with excellent views of the stars at night, 2 closets, one dresser and a queen bed with a comfortable Awara organic mattress. The second bedroom has a small dresser and queen size bed with a memory foam mattress. This home is located on the mesa in El Prado, just 10 minutes to the town of Taos, 25 minutes to Taos Ski Valley, 10 minutes to the Taos Gorge, and 15 minutes to Holy Cross Hospital. The nearest organic grocery store, Cids, is just a 7 minute drive. Youll have easy access to an endless bounty of hiking, mountain biking trails, skiing, river sports and all that this high desert town has to offer. This is our family home (we will be traveling for the year) and we are looking for a responsible individual or small family to lease to. We have a crib, high chair and other baby items which can be used if desired.
