A $1,000 fine will be charged for any violation and the reservation will be terminated immediately with no refund. PARTY AND EVENT POLICY No parties, gatherings, or events of any kind. This is a residential community and we are required to maintain a quiet, respectful environment for all neighbors and residents. QUIET HOURS Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During these hours please keep all noise, music, and television at a level that cannot be heard outside the unit. GUEST LIMIT Only guests named on the reservation are permitted in the unit. Unauthorized visitors are not allowed at any time. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 4 guests. A $1,000 fine will be charged if unauthorized guests are found on the premises. PET POLICY We welcome well behaved pets with a maximum of 3 pets per stay. The pet fee is $100 per pet for the duration of the stay. Please add your pet to your reservation when booking. Pets must be supervised at all times and are not allowed on furniture or beds. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet both inside the unit and on the community grounds. Any damage caused by pets will be charged to the guest. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT Check in is at 3:00 PM. Check out is at 11:00 AM. Early check in as early as 12:00 PM and late check out until 1:00 PM may be available depending on the schedule. Each is $50 and must be requested and confirmed in advance. Please report any pre existing damage upon arrival so it is not attributed to you. Intentional damage or negligence will be charged through the Airbnb Resolution Center.
