LIVING ROOM 1 There is an expansive living room on the ground floor of Emerald Acres. The first living room can comfortably seat up to 10 people and is equipped with Wi-Fi and AC. There is a separate dining area that can comfortably seat up to 14 people and is equipped with an AC. LIVING ROOM 2 The second living room offers sofa-style seating for up to 30 people and is a part of the first unit, i.e. Emerald Acres. It is equipped with a wired music system and AC. It opens up to a balcony overlooking splendid views. It can seat up to 10 people. Next to the second living room is the bar area, complete with 6 bar stools. LIVING ROOM 3 Enter through the gates of this luxurious villa, into the second unit, and welcome a galore of thoughtfully designed indoor spaces. This unit opens up to an expansive living room on the ground floor, furnished with ample seating arrangements for up to 9 people. It is equipped with a myriad of amenities including an AC, Wi-Fi, TV and a music system. BATHROOMS There are 10 ensuite bathrooms. There are separate changing rooms with a shower near the pool area All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. KITCHEN Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes. It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, dishwasher, toaster and a mixer-grinder. Crockery and cutlery are also available. LAWN 1 The exteriors of the villa are an absolute delight. It is home to a 1.5-acre lawn spread throughout the home. The lawn features 3 attached gazebos, with ample seating arrangements and a water fountain. Guests can request for a bonfire to be lit up at the bonfire pit with seating arrangements for 18 people. POOL ZONE Approximately 50 metres from the main villa is another unit, housing the massive indoor swimming pool with a kids’ pool. It is 70x40 ft. in size and up to 6 ft. in depth. Guests can lounge on the pool deck that offers pool loungers, sofas and coffee tables. SWIMMING POOL Guests can enjoy a relaxing dip in the private swimming pool that is a part of Emerald Greens. It is 20x12 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth. Guests can access the pool till 10 PM. TV ROOM There is a private TV Room on the ground floor. It is complete with ample, cosy seating arrangements. Guests can binge their favourite movies and TV shows. LAWN 2 The exteriors of the property boast serene green lawns and amenities to make your stay unforgettable. Guests can unwind and relax in the green gardens, 3000 sq. ft. in size which features many walking trails. There is a lawnside gazebo, ideal for reading a book amidst nature. Guest access The guests have access to both villas except the kitchen. Other things to note EXPERIENCES - Guests can enjoy a game of lawn tennis on the lawn tennis court.  - There is an amphitheatre on the lawn as well.  - Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost. - A barbecue meal can be arranged at an extra charge. -The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Bonfire setup can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs 3500, excluding taxes, per day. - A washing machine is available at the property. - Laundry services can be availed at an additional cost. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
