Alaskan Adventure at Creekside Campground

This camper, situated on our property in the heart of Willow, is perfect for the outdoor adventurer! Our camper has a cozy king bed perfect for 2 adults. A cassette toilet and heated outdoor shower (available May-Oct) are conveniently located on the trail through the property. There are dishes and utensils along with an outdoor BBQ/fire pit. There is a regular outlet for staying connected and we can offer a tower heater for colder Alaskan temps. Join us for an Alaskan glamping adventure! The space Feel free to explore our land with the babbling creek, fireweed in the summer and highbush cranberries in the fall! Guest access You're welcome to explore the entire 1.25 acre property. It is wooded with mostly birch trees. We have the property treated for mosquitoes but they're still active in the wooded areas during the summer months. There is a small, babbling creek on the property as well. Visitors in the spring can watch or try their hand at tapping the birch trees for sap. Summer visitors will enjoy the tall fireweed plants surrounding the property while visitors in the fall are welcome to join us in picking the abundant high bush cranberries. And in the winter, visitors can play in the snow while heading just half a mile away to the start of the Iditarod race! Train enthusiasts will love watching the passenger trains pass by. We love waving at the passengers. The outdoor space is shared with my family and other campground guests. Other things to note This is a glamping set up - camping with some of the additional comforts of home. Alaska does have extreme weather changes and lots of mosquitoes, but we will do our best to make you comfortable! Coming to fish or traveling with your catch from the Kenai? We can vacuum seal and freeze your fish in our dedicated fish freezer! We do have chickens, turkeys, and ducks on property that you can interact with or we can lock into their coop, your preference!
