The space Welcome to our charming lake house! Outside, you’ll be greeted by the perfect blend of rustic elegance and the loveliest lake views. Whether you’re sipping morning coffee or enjoying a crackling fire at night, our screened-in patio offers a perfect place of peace. Adjacent to the patio, there’s an uncovered gathering space - complete with a fire pit, and perfect for roasting marshmallows and making memories with loved ones. Take some time to relax in our breezeway rocking chairs and catch a beautiful sunset while reflecting on life’s sweet, still moments. Fishing enthusiasts can cast their lines in the water right from our property. Take our kayaks out for a fun adventure on the lake. Challenge your family and friends to a game of basketball on our small court, or have some friendly competitions with spike ball, corn hole, and ping-pong. Inside, our home offers a warm and inviting atmosphere. Each room is tastefully furnished, providing a comfortable space to rest and rejuvenate after a day of lakeside fun. Our living area is cozy, complete with a fireplace for those moments when you want to curl up with a good book or dive into deep conversations. Our fully-equipped kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances, making meal preparation effortless. For some good old-fashioned family fun, gather around the table for a family game night. From classic favorites to modern strategy games, there's something for everyone in our collection. Pop some popcorn and make it a night to remember! Then, retreat and unwind in our tranquil bedrooms. Additionally, there are plenty of nearby attractions to explore. Rock Creek Boat Ramp is just minutes from our house, making it convenient for you to put your boat in the water and enjoy a day on the lake. The three nearby marinas also offer boat rentals and a delightful dining experience right on the lake. Tims Ford State Park is a mere 15 minutes away. There, you can set out on scenic hiking trails, surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty. Bear Trace at Tims Ford is a Jack Nicholas designed golf course situated on a peninsula surrounded by the lake. And downtown Winchester will welcome you with its adorable shops and small-town restaurants. Other things to note Please note that guests will have full access to the boat garage attached by the breezeway. The garage attached directly to the house, however, is reserved for owners’ storage. Several closets within the home are reserved for owners’ storage as well.
