The guest suite is attached to the main house, but is completely private with its own separate entrance. We recommend street parking along the cross-street. Driveway parking may be available but not guaranteed. Please note street cleaning in the neighborhood occurs on the 1st & 3rd Wednesdays and/or 2nd & 4th Fridays of the month. We are not responsible for parking-related fines or damages. We do routine maintenance and may have landscapers, pest control, or contractors on site occasionally. Other things to note There is a strict NO SMOKING inside the house policy. No outdoor music is allowed after 8 pm. Loudspeakers, DJ or karaoke are not allowed at all times. This listing and property location is pet-friendly. There is a limit of 1 pet per stay for $40 pet fee. No extra guests or pets allowed without host approval. Pets are not allowed on furniture. If any property, including linens or furniture, is damaged as a result, you may be charged for repairs or replacements of damaged items. Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon request for an additional fee and is subject to our approval and availability. The thermostat is centrally located in the main house. The unit will be maintained at 74° Fahrenheit but guests can request for it to be adjusted or use the portable heater/fan available. For property security reasons, there are surveillance cameras installed outside. Please note that we don't have access to the mailbox.
