Small dogs welcome ($) The space For your comfort, this cottage includes an open plan mezzanine with 2 open plan bedrooms. The beds are: a queen and a double as well as a sofa bed (double). Ideal for 4 adults and 2 children. On the ground floor you have a spacious living room as well as an indoor wood-burning fireplace to create memorable moments with your loved ones (logs available on site $). You will have a great time cooking gourmet meals in this beautiful fully equipped kitchen. ++++++++++ (*) Activities and entertainment at the chalet: - Chromecast on TV (cable not included) - Foosball/Table Soccer table - For the winter season, you will have snowshoes (for 4 adults and 2 children). - For the summer season, you will have at your disposal 1 canoe and 1 double kayak. - A brand new private hot tub, available 4 seasons! Guest access Once this cottage is booked, you'll have access to: - the ENTIRE cottage - private parking - a private outdoor fireplace (logs available on site $) - a private hot tub - a river (shared). Other things to note Please note that the 2 bedrooms upstairs are open plan. The Internet provided is a high-speed connection. For your entertainment, you will have Chromecast on the TV (cable not included) as well as a foosball table. Please note that during the winter period (November to April), we do not guarantee access to or operation of the outdoor fireplace due to weather conditions beyond our control. However, you will have access to a shovel if you ever want to clean the site and use the fireplace. Thank you for understanding. The indoor wood-burning fireplace is unavailable from May to September due to the lack of maintenance during this period. It is in operation from the beginning of October to the end of April. If you would like to use it outside of these dates, please feel free to ask us, and we will do our best to accommodate you. For the winter season, you will have snowshoes (for 4 adults and 2 children). For the summer season, you will have 1 canoe and 1 double kayak at your disposal. We provide one bath towel per person. Additional towels are not provided. No operating or safety guarantees are offered on boats. Their use is at your own risk. Replacement parts can sometimes be hard to get. Although we regularly inspect the condition of the boats, it is not possible for us to test them by putting them in the water between each rental.
