Inside you will find a spacious dining room with a fireplace, equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a large living room with 4K TV (75in) incl. Netflix, shower and 2x toilet. It is located in a modern building in the village of Knínice near Boskovice. Posters of Marilyn Monroe, Elvis Presley, Audrey Hepburn complete the unique atmosphere. The Hollywood Dream Apartment is more than just accommodation - it's a magical experience of the golden era of Hollywood. The space The entrance to the building is located between the two main pillars of the building. At the bottom of the building you will find a dressing room and a staircase leading to the first floor. On the first floor, a huge living room opens with a comfortable sofa, a 75-inch 4K TV, an 8-foot pool table, a dining table for 6 people and a desk with internet or WIFI. From the living room there is access to the first bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with two toilets and a shower, a kitchen, a second and third bedroom, both with a double bed. The last bedroom is further connected to the dining room, which is equipped with two leather sofas, a spacious dining table for 6 people, a wood fireplace and provides a breathtaking view of the surrounding fields. Guest access The whole property is yours. Other things to note The price of accommodation includes heating, water consumption, linen, towels and recreational fees. The average electricity consumption is also included in the price (12kwh/day), the electricity consumption is monitored through the application, if the electric car is charged or, for example, the air conditioning is forgotten, the consumption above the average would have to be charged after the end of the stay; the price per kwh is 8 CZK/kwh (0.3 EUR/kwh).
