This home includes every amenity you can think of for you and your loved ones to enjoy during your beach vacation! – Property Layout – 🏡 First floor : – Open concept living with high ceilings and upgraded finishes. – A gourmet kitchen with an oversized island, custom live edge dining table, and spacious living room create the perfect place for gathering. Indoor living blends seamlessly to the outdoors, with a massive deck overlooking the ocean that features a large saltwater pool, outdoor kitchen with grill, outdoor dining table large enough for the whole family, and an outdoor living room with gas fireplace and 4k smart TV. – Primary suite with King bed, walk in closet, and ensuite bathroom complete with double sink vanity, large shower with rainfall shower head, and separate soaking tub. Opens to a private porch with outdoor teak seating overlooking the backyard. 🏡 Second floor : – 4 King bedrooms each with a smart TV and their own ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms have access to a porch with outdoor seating which overlooks the ocean or backyard. – Laundry room with front loading washer/dryer. 🏡 Third floor : – Secluded office with a custom desk, that doubles as a queen sized murphy bed, and wet bar opens to a large rooftop deck with seating areas overlooking the ocean. 🌿 Backyard : – Massive private oasis that features a fire pit, putting green, patio seating, and teak dining table. – Outdoor games include a ping pong table, corn hole, and giant Connect Four. ✨ Other Amenities : • Easy public beach access directly across from the house • Private garage and driveway with parking for 5 vehicles • Fully stocked kitchen with gas stove and hood, 2 wall ovens, 2 dishwashers, oversized fridge & freezer, beer fridge & wet bar with ice maker, & walk in pantry • Outdoor shower secluded beneath the house • Streaming services included with the rental – Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Prime video, ESPN+ and Disney+ on all Smart TVs • High speed internet • Massive board game collection • Record player with classic vinyls • Local coffee and supplies are included • Hair dryer / straightener / curling iron in each bathroom • Pool equipment is provided, including goggles and life jackets for kids and adults, pool noodles, sinking pool toys, and a lifesaver floatation device and life hook • Beach equipment is provided, including 10 beach towels, 10 beach chairs, 10x10 beach tent, oversized beach blanket, beach wagon, coleman hard cooler, boogie boards, and beach toys / games Guest access • Guests will have access to the entire property and private use of all outdoor spaces. • The house has electronic door locks and a unique code will be provided that will work for the duration of your stay. Other things to note • No parties or events. • There is a $100 non-refundable damage waiver fee. • Optional Pool Heating: $100 per day with max temperature of 88° • Baby gear rentals are available upon request for an additional fee. • This home has multiple sets of stairs and is not child-proofed. Families with infants or children are welcome, but please be aware of these risks. • Stairs required – One flight of stairs required to get to the main living space. The primary bedroom is located on the 1st floor. All other bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. The murphy desk bed is located on the 3rd floor. • If you plan to use the murphy desk as a bed, please inform us in advance so we can have it prepared for your arrival. Please note that when the murphy bed is in use, the desk will not be available for the duration of your stay. • Elevator is not available for guest use. This is a licensed and permitted short term rental with the City of Folly Beach (BL - LIC009049 / Permit: STR25-A0531)
