New and modern apartment for rent during Arendalsuka! Centrally located apartment, about 10 minutes walk to Arendal city center. Bus stop on the ground floor, private and free parking. Apartment with high standard, clean and newly built in 2022. One bedroom with double bed, sofa bed in the living room can be turned into a double bed. Space for up to 4 guests/two couples. Balcony with sofa set, heat lamp and nice view from the top floor. TV with Altibox, free WiFi. The space The apartment is located on the top floor (7th floor from ground level), it is airy and has a good view. Elevator to garage and from garage to ground level Guest access Access to the entire apartment minus the large closet in the bedroom and storage room Other things to note The sofa in the living room can be turned into a double bed, if this is something you will need then let me know and I will prepare an extra mattress topper. There are no curtains in the living room so if you are going to sleep there and are sensitive to light you should bring something to cover your eyes when you sleep. In the condominium there is a rule about quiet time after eleven o'clock, i.e. no loud music and noise. The apartments are very well insulated so noise has never been a problem. There are sprinkler systems in the building and a central smoke alarm system. Guests are asked to read the fire instructions carefully upon arrival.
