Event Security Deposit: A $1,500 refundable security deposit is required for all event bookings. This is in addition to the standard booking deposit. 4x4/AWD Vehicle Requirement: The estate is located on Corolla's exclusive 4x4 beach. ALL vehicles — including vendor vehicles (caterers, photographers, florists, DJs) — must be 4WD or AWD. There is no paved road access. LuxStayUSA provides detailed access instructions, vendor coordination guidance, and shuttle referrals during pre-arrival planning. Vendor Coordination: Outside vendors are welcome. LuxStayUSA provides a curated list of vetted local vendors (photographers, caterers, florists, DJs, officiants) and coordinates vendor arrival logistics. Vendor staging areas are available on the ground floor and pool deck. Maximum Capacity: 62 guests overnight. Up to 75+ guests for daytime events with prior approval. All headcounts must be confirmed at booking. Noise Policy: No immediate neighbors and no quiet-hour restrictions. Check-In: 4:00 PM. Check-Out: 10:00 AM. Early check-in ($350) and late check-out ($500/hour) available subject to calendar availability. Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled 365+ days before arrival. No refunds within 365 days.
