A private room in a house situated midst of the city beautiful. It is a peaceful yet central stay; makes a perfect combo for a city halt. The space This homestay is a 3 bhk out of which this 1 room (with attached washroom) is listed and will be exclusively private to you. The common spaces i.e., dinning area, kitchen, lounge and drawing space would be shared with other guests depending on booking of other room(s). Please note that this homestay is on the 2nd floor and theres no lift. If carrying luggage is a concern, my house help will assist you with the same. Happy staying! Other things to note Some rules to be followed in this homestay : 1. Smoking indoors is not allowed. You can always smoke outside in the balcony (if found trace of smoke during the checkout Inspection, a fine of 10k will be charged) 2. Please don't ring bells of any floor. This is a quiet neighborhood, so please respect this rule with utmost priority. 4. ⁠Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am Also since you'll be co sharing the homestay kindly be cordial of each others space.
