The heart of the house is the spacious living and dining area with a fireplace and open kitchen. Here you can cook, eat and spend cozy evenings by the fire together. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for self-catering during your vacation. Two cozy bedrooms with comfortable hotel beds ensure restful nights. Upon your arrival, the beds are already freshly made. In addition, a terry cloth package with a hand towel and a shower towel is available for each person. A special highlight for families is the children's play floor in the large bedroom. It offers children their own small retreat and can also be used as a place to sleep. Please note that use is at your own risk. A modern shower room complements the comfortable amenities of the vacation home. Outside, a spacious, wrap-around terrace awaits you, where you will find a nice outdoor space at different times of the day. Enjoy your breakfast here, relaxed hours with a book, or a cozy evening surrounded by nature. A private barrel sauna right next to the vacation home is available for your personal wellness break. Information on tourist tax and other costs City tax: The tourist tax will be charged at the time of booking. In the event of changes to the bylaws, the amount of the visitor's tax may change before your arrival. The municipality's spa tax applicable at the time of travel is decisive. Sauna: The use of the private sauna is billed at €0.50 per kWh, depending on usage. This means you only pay for the energy you actually use for the sauna during your stay. Firewood: Firewood for the fireplace will be available upon your arrival and can be purchased on site if needed. Washing machine: A shared washing machine is available for our guests in a central location within the vacation home complex. The use costs 4.00€ per wash. Detergent is already included.
