Fully equipped apartment suitable for family accommodation, able to serve every need for longer period of time. The 53-square-meter apartment is located on the 4th floor of a nice housing estate and is smartly arranged living space that provide human scale comfort and decorated with unique art. The local tax is Euro 3.50.-/adult/night should be payed at the place. Every further guest is HUF 6000.- The space The neighbourhood is full with trees, parks and playgrounds. One of the largest public parks of the city called Hajógyári Island (island of river Danube where Sziget Festival used to be held) is also only 15 minutes walking distance. We offer our place also for families with children, even for longer period, as it has fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with washing machine. The local tax is Euro 3.50.- /adult/night should be payed at the place. Guest access There is no television set, but the Internet is of course available. There is a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, electric oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, blender, cooking utensils and dining set. In the kitchen you will find coffee, tea and spices for free. The use of cosmetics and detergents in the bathroom is also free. There is also air conditioning, and the apartment is heated automatically in winter. For children, there are toys, books and board games, a bunk bed, a play mat, and a playpen in the smaller room. Other things to note -Public transport in the area is very versatile. The terminus of bus number 9 named "Bogdáni út" is located in the square in front of the house. With this bus, you can reach the heart of Budapest in 15-20 minutes. (Deák square/St Stephens Basilica/Nyugati pu, etc.) - Parking in front of the house is free on nights and weekends. It costs 300 HUF/hour (0.8 Euro/Hour) on weekdays between 8:00 and 18:00.
