Nestled on 5 beautiful, private, acres, this cabin is a real gem. While the cabin itself is only 800 sq ft, every bit of space has been made to count... The Kitchen; Do you enjoy cooking? There is a fully equipped kitchen that is just waiting to be used and enjoyed. On the deck, you will find a grill and outdoor patio space that would be great for enjoying dinner with friends. No detail was spared when stocking this kitchen. The Living Room; The living room holds what may be the comfiest couch ever, sat in front of a 47 inch smart tv and a beautiful propane fireplace that is perfect for those fall and winter evenings. The Bathroom; The large bathroom features a walk in shower, makeup vanity, and full laundry. You will find enough shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your entire stay, as well toilet paper, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets. Did you forget your tooth brush, Qtips, or makeup remover? Don't worry, we provide a starter pack that includes many toiletries just incase you're in need! High quality bath towels and pool towels are all provided for your use as well. The Garage Game Room; The game room is OPEN!!! It offers bar seating, a large flat screen tv, Big Buck Hunter arcade game, board/card games, foos ball, etc.! This is a great space for hanging out, having a few beers, shooting pool or watching sports with friends. The Outdoors; Not wanting to spend time indoors? The outdoor space here is just as wonderful. A large deck holds a brand new 6 person jacuzzi that is for use all year round, a grill, patio furniture with propane fire pit (patio furniture and propane fire pit will be put away, mid November) are available for those cooler nights, an outdoor tv if you'd like to catch up on your favorite show while relaxing in the hot tub, and a bluetooth music system for playing all your favorite music while you hangout and enjoy a cold drink. A few steps away you'll also find a wood burning fire pit to enjoy on those beautiful Minnesota days. Non fragile utensils are provided. ⁃ Remember to switch the gas on for the BBQ for use and switch off after. ⁃ Quiet hours are from 11pm-7am. We kindly ask that during this time you refrain from loud music outside and loud conversations. ⁃ Guests MUST vacate by 11am of the last day of their stay without that expressed prior written approval from the host to extend the stay. Overstay will be charged a $150 fee. ⁃ No refunds are given if you are unable to use the hot tub due to weather. ⁃ Hot Tub temperature should not exceed 101 degrees at any time. ⁃ No smoking. ⁃ No illegal drugs. ⁃ No parties. ⁃ No firearms. ⁃ Please keep the house clean and left as you found it. ⁃ Pets welcome, but must be disclosed. Notice of risk: Due to the nature of the indoor and outdoor activities available, there are certain risks such as slipping, tripping, falling, or being stung by a bee.
