Quiet retreat just two blocks from the Oregon State University campus with a private entrance off the driveway and reserved off-street parking. Just a 5-15 minute walk down tree-lined streets to central campus, Reser Stadium, Gill Colliseum, Greek Houses, and nearby restaurants & coffee shops. Easy push-button entry. Quiet hosts live upstairs in the main house. No smoking, pets, or parties. The space Welcoming and comfortable one-bedroom, one-bath guest suite (450 sq ft) in the basement of an historic home. Queen bed in bedroom plus optional queen sofa bed with memory-foam mattress in main living area (available for one-time $25 linen service surcharge). Very quiet neighborhood of single-family homes. Off-street parking available in our driveway. We do not have Cable TV, but offer Netflix, Prime, and Roku streaming services. Guest access Guests will have sole use of our driveway which can hold a second car parked behind the first. Guests must be able to safely navigate stairs down to basement apartment and back up to street level. No wheelchair access. Other things to note Kitchenette includes microwave and mini-fridge with an induction hot-plate, toaster, and electric water kettle located in cabinet below microwave. For coffee, there's a French Press, a pour-over funnel, a 10-12 cup automatic drip coffee pot with filters, and a Nespresso coffeemaker. We also have a selection of teas, plus creamer and sweeteners. For cooking, we have one saute pan, one saucepan, and one frying pan for the induction hotplate, plus cooking utensils, measuring cups, and measuring spoons.
