Peace, tranquility and quiet! Our house is ideal for spending a few days with your family and friends. A safe, spacious house with a green area. Only 2 blocks from the beach. Pernambuco Beach is great for those who want to enjoy a sunny day with family and friends or walk along the beach enjoying the scenery. The space The house accommodates 7 people in beds (2 double beds and 3 single beds) and 3 mattresses available for use (we do not provide bedding for the 3 mattresses) We have space for 4-5 cars in the Garage All rooms have air conditioning, including the main room. Two bedrooms have a ceiling fan. Other things to note In just a 5-minute walk, you have access to: - Pernambuco Beach (2 blocks); - Bakery. In just a 10-minute walk: - Shopping Jequitimar (Mercado Pão de Açucar, Pharmacy, Restaurants). In just a 10-minute drive: - Praia do Perequê - good fishmonger options.
