Located just a little over an hour from Toronto, this cozy and unique lakefront cottage is the perfect place for a relaxing couples getaway. Offering private access to Lake Scugog with an oversized dock for you to take advantage of water activities, enjoy your morning coffee and watch some of the best sunsets on the lake. The cottage sits only 15 min. from the quaint town of Port Perry where you can go to enjoy its brewery, incredible cuisine, farmers markets, and picturesque Main Street. The space This tiny home offers a full-sized kitchen with a gas stove and a coffee bar, including a Nespresso machine, French press, and coffee syrups for all the coffee lovers. The living room overlooks the lake with a large 12’ patio door. You can cozy up on the large sectional and still enjoy that great sunset view, or if television is more your thing there’s that too. The bedroom offers a standard queen size bed with fresh linens, and a tv at the end of the bed. The bathroom features a nice sized walk-in glass shower with both handheld and waterfall shower heads. Out on the patio there is a bbq for grilling, picnic table for sitting and eating, an outdoor sectional for lounging, and a small fire pit for evening fires by the water. Off the shore is the oversized dock where you can catch the most amazing sunsets, sip your morning coffee or just sit and dip you toes in the water. A paddle boat and a tandem kayak are also included if you’d like to get out and venture around the water. **DOCK** The dock is put in mid-end of May and taken out mid-end of October, all depending on weather Guest access Guests will have full access to everything in the photos. This is not a shared accommodation, just a tiny little home; that said, no more than 2 guests are welcome to stay at a time, as it is only a one bedroom.
