Situated between Matlock and Matlock Bath, approximately a 12 minute walk to both, and only a short walk to the local attractions such as the Heights of Abraham, Gulliver’s Kingdom and MBI. *Plenty of off road, secure, parking on site. *Towels provided. The Double En-Suite Room, newly decorated and carpeted, comprises of a Double Bed and Private En-Suite . Any questions please ask. Michael The space Heathbank House dates back to the Victorian era. It has undergone major renovation and refurbished during the last year whilst trying to keep as many of the original period features as possible. I hope you will love the house as much as I do with her character and grandeur. Guest access You are more than welcome to use the Lounge and Dining room. Outdoor seating area overlooking High Tor, at weekends you'll often see climbers taking on High Tor, and the Heights of Abraham. During your stay To ensure your privacy during your stay, the double room is on a different floor to the bedroom of the host. Contactable by phone too. Services from Derby along the side of Matlock to Rowleys. Matlock Bath; (Coastal setting just no Sea) Fish & Chip shops (more than you can shake a stick at) Heights of Abraham , Arcades, Eateries, Gulliver’s Kingdom , Aquarium, Peak District Mining Museum and boating on the River Derwent. Cromford and Carsington Water only a short drive away. I am more than happy to answer any questions that you might have before or during your stay.
