Guest access The fully air-conditioned villa is yours to enjoy in complete privacy. A large living room with a spacious bar and pantry opens onto a comfortable sitting area that overlooks the private plunge pool, sundeck, and exclusive garden. The ground floor bedroom, with its ensuite bathroom, also opens toward the private pool and garden. On the first floor, you’ll find another bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, along with two large balconies — offering both open views and sheltered seating — plus a sweeping balcony with expansive vistas of swaying palms and cashew trees, complete with outdoor furniture. The second floor features a large lobby area leading to two master bedrooms with walk-in closets, writing desks, and modern ensuite bathrooms. Each bedroom opens onto private balconies that catch the cool sea breeze flowing in from the nearby coast, just 400 meters away. At the top, a sprawling terrace offers panoramic green views, surrounded by towering palms and cashew groves — a perfect spot for a morning coffee or sunset relaxation. Daily housekeeping is provided (except Sundays), and crisp white linen is refreshed every third or fourth day, depending on the length of your stay. Please note that in case of any damage to linen, furniture, or property, the replacement cost (MRP or procurement cost) will be chargeable.
