Step outside to a wood fired pizza oven and cocktail plunge. The Shed - a bedroom suite tucked away for privacy. The space The Barn, The Porch & The Shed - a centrally located casual space in the heart of Marfa, Texas. Just a block off of Highland Ave. easily walk all around town, galleries, shops, restaurants and bars nearby. The Barn provides you with a large 1200 square foot loft like living, dining and kitchen space with daybeds, a large seating area, wood fired stove and comfortable dining for up to 12 guests. The bunk room and bathroom is an additional 400 square feet of space with 3 twin beds and one full size bed tucked away in a pleasant hideaway. The bathroom hosts a large shower with two shower heads and a separate room for the toilet. The bunk space is perfect for close friends or families with children. The Porch - a perfect space to sit by the fire, take a nap on a daybed, enjoy the breeze from the desert air, a casual porch dinner for up to 12 and access to the wood fired pizza oven, a small salt water cocktail plunge pool. 4 chaise lounges and peaceful private yard. Spend your evenings relaxing and star gazing in the comfort of home. If you are lucky you will get a thunder storm and rain shower - embrace the symphony of rain on a tin roof. The Shed - a cozy rustic bedroom space perfect for one or two. Sleep on a custom Charles H. Beckley mattress with just the screens closed on a cool high desert evening enjoying the silence of West Texas. For extra quiet and comfort, close up the shed and set the perfect temperature with the gradient comfort heat pump and enjoy your peaceful nights sleep. The Shed has a full shower, toilet and vanity perfectly suited for ease. Guest access Guests will be able to access the entire property. Other things to note The Barn is a stones throw away from the heart of Marfa. Easily access all that town has to offer on a quiet block of downtown. The Hotel Saint George is just a short walk away, offering pool and hot tub access to 21 and up after 5pm. Restaurants, bars, shops and galleries are all very easily walkable. Street Parking is always available on the block, generally directly in front of The Barn.
