Our holiday home is nestled in the quiet village of Hohendorf, a part of the city Wolgast – the perfect base for exploring the Baltic Sea and the island of Usedom. The train station is just a 10-minute walk away, with hourly connections straight to the island. Cyclists can head out directly on the Usedom Loop or the Baltic Sea Cycle Route. A playground nearby makes this the ideal spot for families. Come, unwind and soak up the peace of nature – the Baltic Sea is waiting for you The space The open-plan ground floor welcomes you with a bright living area and underfloor heating. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher is perfect for cooking together, and the cozy sofa bed offers space for an additional guest. A bathroom with shower/WC completes the ground floor. Upstairs, two quiet bedrooms await, each with two single beds, a bedside table and a dresser. Guest access The holiday home is entirely yours. Access is through a separate gate at the back of the property and with your own parking space right at the door. Check-in is flexible and handled via key handover. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are included. WiFi and a Smart TV with Netflix & Amazon Prime are available (your own login credentials required).
