Smoking or vaping are not allowed on the premises. A fee of $300 will be assessed for members smoking on the premises or within 25 feet of the property. 6. Candles cannot be used on the property. 7. No more than 8 people can be on the property at one time. A $300 fee will be assessed for each additional member. 8. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Limit the playing of equipment between 10 pm and 7 am. Guest can not infringe upon the quiet enjoyment rights of our neighborhood. Make sure the volume of your equipment can't be heard outside of the premises. 9. Please do not touch the HVAC system -except for heat, breaker box, or network equipment. 10. There is no in-house cleaning during your stay. 11. Check out is at 12 pm (Central Standard Time), no later. Any member of your party that are found on the property after that time will be assessed a $500 fee. Late checkout impacts future bookings and cleaning services/payments. 12.
