Conveniently located between Perth's CBD and Kings Park our Swan City Stay studio provides easy access to some of Perth's most loved sites. The Swan River, Perth's Bell Tower, Kings Park and the shopping district are all within walking distance. The space Swan City Stay features a combined bedroom and living room studio, with an additional separate kitchen and bathroom. Linen and towels are provided. The city facing windows frame an enclosed verandah which you access via sliding doors. The studio also includes a ceiling fan, an a/c unit and shared WiFi access. This is a strictly non smoking unit. Guest access The space is your private inner city haven on the third floor. There is a newly installed lift, otherwise you can access the studio from the stairs on either side of the building. The free parking is common to all and it is run on a first in first served basis. There is also a common BBQ area and coin operated laundry on the ground level. Self check-in via en electronic lock. Other things to note The apartment has been recently renovated and is situated in an old (non renovated) 1960s building located at the bottom of Mount St alongside the freeway.
