With two bedrooms, the master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, while the charming small children's bedroom accommodates two with six foot shorty bunks (please note they are not suitable for larger teens or adults). You'll find a convenient family bathroom with a large walk-in shower for added comfort. At the front of the property, you'll discover the Old Boat House, which serves as a laundry and a home office complete with toilet. It's also the perfect spot to store bikes and boards securely. Step into the inviting garden, a haven for your furry friends, as it's fully enclosed and dog-friendly. Relax in the comfortable seating area while soaking in the sounds and sights of the sea. Guest access The stairs are steep and there is no stair gate. Keep that in mind when booking. Other things to note Dogs are welcome on the beach at any time during the year. No smoking in the cottage or the boathouse.
